Many of the internet Russian hair sites do not tell you the hair is actually sourced in the darker hair ethnic regions of Russia, such as Uzbekistan, Moldovia, and Georgia. The hair may very well be from Russia, but the hair is NOT CAUCASIAN. In order to make this hair more fine in texture it needs to be worn down in an acid solution. The solution is very damaging to the hair cuticle which is the protective layer of the hair. Once it has been stripped the hair will never be the same again. In order for the hair to seem healthy a silicone layer is baked onto the hair. This is only a temporary measure. As the hair is washed and brushed the layer wears off.
Our virgin Russian hair is collected by individual ponytails from each young woman, and has not been processed in any way. It is shipped to us leaving the ponytail intact. It is absolutely the best hair money can buy.
All our hair starts as virgin Russian Slavic hair. If any coloring is required it is done by a licensed certified professional hairdresser specializing in virgin Russian hair. If we are out of your sample color we will use the closest color match, then alter the hair slightly. For the most part this is done with a semipermanent color which does not use peroxide.
